§ 1
Why it matters
When an event is only recorded in the email platform, the address comes back with the next import.
Close the loop between Mailgun and your list checks.
§ 2
How it works
Mailgun signs each webhook with your signing key. Verifier checks the signature and the timestamp before it records the event.

In practice

Case 4.2
More than one sending tool
A Mailgun bounce also stops the address in lists from your CRM and other tools.
